- Abstract:
- Diese retrospektive Studie untersucht Stabilitäts- und Qualitätsparameter im Vergleich anatomischer Einkanal- vs. Zweikanaltechnik zum Ersatz des vorderen Kreuzbandes. Insgesamt 70 Patienten mind. 2 Jahre nach Kreuzbandplastik wurden untersucht. Neben IKCD und ausgewählten Scores wurde zur objektiven instrumentellen Messung der „KT1000/Laxitester“ eingesetzt. Nach dieser Studie erzielen beide Techniken statistisch signifikant gleichwertig gute und stabile Ergebnisse.

- This retrospective study compares the objective stability- and more subjective quality of outcome parameters between anatomic single- vs. double-tunnel ACL reconstruction. Overall 70 patients were examined at least 2 years after ACL reconstruction. Beside IKDC and other outcome scores, the study used the “KT1000/Laxitester“ for objective measurement of Lachmann- and rotatory stability.
