In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden die Ergebnisse von zwei unterschiedlich behandelten Gruppe von Patienten mit Lungenkarzinom (TEC und CEV) im Hinblick auf ihre Lebensqualität untersucht. Bei jeder Untersuchung füllten die Patienten die Fragenbogen zur Lebensqualität aus. Mit Hilfe des statistischen Programms SPSS (Version 13.0) wurden alle Ergebnisse bearbeitet und analysiert, um festzustellen, welche von beiden Therapien den besseren Erfolg aufweist, ob es Unterschiede in der Lebensqualität zwischen die beide Chemotherapie (TEC und CEV) gibt. Ergebnisse: a) TEC besser als CEV bezüglich Mortalität. b) Lebensqualität mit TEC Therapie war besser als mit CEV.      «

In the present work the results of two became differently treated from patients groups with lung carcinoma (TEC and CEV), examined in view of their quality of life. In the course of the therapy the patients were observed by doctors and were examined. With every investigation the patients filled in the interrogative curves to the quality of life. With the help of the statistical programme SPSS (version 13.0) all results were worked on and analysed to ascertain which shows the better success of both therapies whether there are differences in the quality of life between both chemotherapy (TEC and CEV). Results: a) TEC better than CEV with regard to Mortalität. b) Quality of life with therapy TEC was better than with CEV.      «
