Die Arbeit hatte zum Ziel, ein virtuelles telemedizinisches Labor, das Virtual Lab, als Entwicklungs- und Erprobungsplattform für personalisierte und individualisierte Therapien zu realisieren und an einem konkreten Forschungsansatz (Hypertonie) zu testen. Gleichzeitig wurde mit dieser Entwicklungsumgebung ein neuer systemischer Therapieansatz, eine bioakustische Hypertonie-Therapie als nicht-medikamentöse Intervention entwickelt. Insgesamt wurde ein sensorgestütztes, telemedizinisches, individualisiertes und personalisiertes Assistenzsystem aufgebaut, welches für jeden zugänglich und von jedem nutzbar ist. Es kann der Selbstinformation von Patienten, als mobile Diagnose- und Therapieplattform für den Arzt und als Forschungs- und Entwicklungsplattform neuer Applikationen im Rahmen klinischer Studien dienen.      «

The objective of this paper was to implement a virtual telemedical laboratory, the Virtual Lab, as a development and testing platform for personalized and individualized therapies and to test the Virtual Lab using a concrete scientific approach (Hypertension). At the same time, a new systemic therapy approach – a bio-acoustic hypertension therapy for intervention - has been developed and evaluated with this development environment. All in all, it was possible to establish a sensor-based telemedical, individualized and personalized assistance system, which is accessible to everyone and can be used by everyone. It may serve three purposes: to enable patients to inform themselves on their own health-related data, to provide a mobile diagnostics and therapy platform to health care providers, and to provide a research and development platform in clinical studies on new applications.      «
