- Abstract:
- Von 1982 bis 1994 wurden 110 Hüften auf Grund einer Coxarthrose bei präarthrotischer Deformität am Klinikum in Passau durch eine intertrochantere Hüftumstellung versorgt. 86 Patienten wurden nachuntersucht. Die Coxa vara epiphysarea war die häufigste Diagnose noch vor der Hüftdysplasie. Bei 75 % der Patienten waren die Score-werte nach Harris und Merle d´Aubigne verbessert gegenüber den präoperativen Befunden. 90 % der Patienten waren mit der Operation zufrieden.

- We report the resultas of proximal intertrochanteric imoral osteotomy that was performed to treat osteoarthrosis in 86 hips with prearthrotic deformity from 1982 to 1994. 41 patients with slipped capital imoral epiphyses and 34 patient with Acetaulas dysplasia built the main parts of secundary osteoarthrosis. The hip scores of Harris and Merle d`Aubigne from 75 % of the adults were better after the intertrochanterie osteotomy. More than 90 % of the patients were satisfied with this kind of treat... »
