- Dupilumab ist ein monoklonaler Antikörper gegen Interleukin-4 und Interleukin-13, der zur Behandlung von mittelschwerem bis schwerem atopischen Ekzem zugelassen ist. Die vorgelegte Beobachtungsstudie beschreibt Wirksamkeit und Verträglichkeit über einen Behandlungszeitraum von 24 Monaten bei 25 Patienten. - Dupilumab, a monoclonal antibody blocking interleukin-4 and interleukin-13, is approved for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The presented observational study describes efficacy and safety over a treatment period of 24 months in 25 patients. Standardised dermatological assessments were performed at four-week intervals.
