- Abstract:
- Die kombinierte vordere Kreuzbandrekonstruktion und all-inside Naht eines Radiärriss des Außenmeniskushinterhorns ist zur Reduktion der Außenmeniskusextrusion sowie zur Aufrechterhaltung des dynamischen Verhaltens des Außenmeniskus empfohlen. Die Außenmeniskusextrusion kann sowohl mittels Magnetresonanztomographie (MRT) als auch Ultraschall zuverlässig bestimmt werden. Allerdings besteht eine nur schwache Übereinstimmung zwischen MRT-basierten und Ultraschall-basierten Messwerten.

- Combined anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and all-inside lateral meniscal radial tear repair is recommended to reduce lateral meniscal extrusion and preserve the dynamic behavior of the lateral meniscus. Lateral meniscal extrusion can be reliably measured by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasound. However, MRI-based and ultrasound-based measurements are not readily comparable.
