- Diese Studie verglich die Anpressdruck-kontrollierte Ablation (CF-Katheter) mit der konventionellen Ablation bei Patienten mit parox. Vorhofflimmern. 120 Pat. wurden in zwei Gruppen randomisiert (Follow-Up ein Jahr). Im Vergleich der Katheter konnte kein sign. Unterschied hinsichtlich der prozeduralen Daten, des Auftretens von Rekonnektionen, der Komplikations- und Erfolgsraten nachgewiesen werden. Es konnte keine Überlegenheit des CF-Katheters gegenüber dem Konventionellen nachgewiesen werden.... »
- Translated abstract:
- We compared the conventional ablation catheter with a contact-force-(CF)-catheter, which is able to measure the contact pressure of the catheter tip in real time. 120 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were randomized in two groups (follow-Up 12 months). No significant difference in the procedural data, recurrence of reconnections, complication or success rate could be demonstrated. We could not demonstrate any benefit using the CF catheter instead of the conventional catheter.
