Abstract:
In der Arbeit wurde der Einfluss von PRP auf die Wundheilung von Spalthautentnahmestellen untersucht.Dabei wurde aus patienteneigenem Vollblut durch einen zweistufigen Zentrifugationsvorgang PRP gewonnen und dieses intraoperativ auf die Spalthautentnahmestellen aufgetragen. Das optimale Ergebnis einer geschlossenen Epitheldecke sollte bei PRP-Behandlung schneller und komplikationsärmer als in der Kontrollgruppe erreicht werden.

We evaluated the influence of platelet-rich plasma on the wound healing of superficial donor sites of radial forearm free flaps. The so-called PRP was obtained from the patient's whole blood using a two step centrifucation process. After this process it was applied to the donor sites intrasurgically. The optimum result being a closed epithelium top layer should be achieved faster and with less complications with the PRP treatment than in the control group.
