Die vorliegende retrospektive Studie untersucht das funktionelle, klinische und ganganalytische Outcome nach Implantation einer MML-Prothese und Strecksehnenrekonstruktion mit KoSa-Hochfestband im Rahmen der Tumorendoprothetik der proximalen Tibia. Es wird das angewandte Operationsverfahren vorgestellt und die postoperativen Untersuchungsergebnisse mit den Ergebnissen allogener, alloplastischer und autologer Rekonstruktionsverfahren anderer Autoren verglichen. Von 18 in die Studie eingeschlossenen Patienten konnten 9 im Zeitraum von 02/1988 bis 05/2009 nachuntersucht werden.     «

The present retrospective study evaluates the functional, clinical and gait outcome after implantation of the MML tumor endoprosthesis and reconstruction of the extensor apparatus with KoSa-Hochfest cord in tumor surgery of the proximal tibia. The applied surgery method is described and the postoperative results are compared with results of allogenic, alloplastic and autologous reconstruction methods of other reports. We performed the mentioned operation technique in 18 patients between 02/1988 and 05/2009. Thereof 9 patients were aible to participate the clinical follow-up.     «
