- Bei stationärer Implantation von Knieendoprothesen erfolgte eine Behandlungspfadänderung durch zusätzliche, intraoperative lokale Infiltration mit Adrenalin und Analgetika. Verglichen wurden die postoperativen Ergebnisse von 100 Patienten hinsichtlich Blutverlust über die Redondrainage, Abfall des Hämoglobinwertes, Bluttransfusion, Beweglichkeit des Kniegelenks, Schmerzintensität, Schmerzmittelverbrauch und stationärer Verweildauer. - In case of inpatient implantation of total knee arthroplasty clinical pathway change was made by additional intraoperative local infiltration with adrenaline and analgesics. The postoperative results of 100 patients were compared with regard to blood loss through the Redondrainage, decrease in hemoglobin, blood transfusion, mobility of the knee joint, pain intensity, amount of analgesics used and length of hospital stay.
