Abstract:
Die in dieser Arbeit entwickelte Methode leistet einen Beitrag zur Harmonisierung von Lebenszyklen im Rahmen von Produktionsstrukturadaptionen. Sie ermöglicht eine hohe Transparenz hinsichtlich des Bedarfs zur Adaption und verbessert, durch die ganzheitliche Betrachtung der Produktionsstruktur, den Nachweis monetärer Auswirkungen sowie Risiken durch die zeitliche Abstimmung von Strukturmaßnahmen. Die Methode befähigt Unternehmen somit ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit sicherzustellen bzw. auszubauen.
Translated abstract:
The method developed in this work contributes to the harmonisation of life cycles in the context of production structure adaptations. Due to the holistic approach it ensures high transparency with regard to the need of adaptations and improves the verification of the monetary impact and risks caused by the harmonisation of structural tasks. The method enables organizations to ensure and expand their competitiveness.
