Wir haben in dieser Studie an Mäusen mit einem selektiven ICER-Knock-Out in den Zellen der myeloischen Reihe untersucht, inwiefern ICER die angeborene Immunantwort bei Caerulein-induzierter Pankreatitis beeinflusst. Die vorliegende Studie brachte hervor, dass ICER einen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Zusammensetzung des Immunzellinfiltrats hat und der Knock-Out zu insgesamt mehr Inflammationsgeschehen führt. ICER is an inducible transcription factor that has been shown in previous studies to prevent excessive immune responses. In this study, we investigated ICER’s influence on the innate immune response in caerulein-induced pancreatitis in mice with a selective ICER knock-out in the cells of the myeloid lineage. The present study showed that ICER has a significant influence on the composition of the immune cell infiltrate and that the knock-out leads to more inflammation overall.
