- Kurzfassung:
- In dieser Arbeit konnten wir zeigen, dass die HPV positive Zelllinie UD-SCC-2 im Gegensatz zu den HPV negativen Cal27 und UD-SCC-5 deutlich besser auf alleinige Strahlenbehandlung ansprach. Auch die Ansprechraten nach Therapie mit Cisplatin, 5-FU oder Cetuximab waren sowohl im Crystal-Violet-Proliferationsassay als auch im Colony-Formation-Assay für HPV positive Zellen sehr vielversprechend und konnten durch eine Kombination mit einer Strahlenbehandlung weiter verbessert werden.

- In this work, we were able to show that the HPV positive cell line UD-SCC-2 was significantly better for single radiation treatment than the HPV negative Cal27 and UD-SCC-5. The response rates after cisplatin, 5-FU or cetuximab therapy were also very promising for HPV positive cells in the Crystal Violet proliferation assay as well as in the Colony Formation assay and could be further improved by a combination with a radiation treatment.
