Title:
Structural, electronic, and impurity-doping effects in nanoscale chemistry: supported gold nanoclusters
Abstract:
A review on some of the key phys. factors underlying the catalytic activity of supported gold nanoclusters. These nanocatalytic factors include the dynamic structural fluxionality, electronic size effects, and impurity-doping effects. The focus is on the adsorption and activation step of mol. oxygen, which is essential for the oxidn. of CO on supported gold nanocatalysts. [on SciFinder(R)]
