Die Form von optisch rauen Oberflächen lässt sich mit Hilfe von lasergestützten Speckle-Interferometern berührungslos aus variabler Messdistanz selbst in schwer zugänglichen Regionen präzise vermessen. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde erstmals ein Mikrospiegelarray (MSA) in den Aufbau eines elektronischen Speckle-Muster-Interferometers integriert. Dank dieser adaptiven Optik ist es möglich, die Phasenfront der Referenzwelle variabel an messtechnisch kritische Oberflächenbereiche des Messobjekts anzupassen und somit die bisherigen Grenzen der Auflösbarkeit zu überwinden. Aufgrund der Struktur des MSA kommt es zu Beugungseffekten, die auf Phase und Intensität der Wellenfront wirken. Eine Simulation wurde erstellt, welche die komplexe Feldverteilung berechnet. Damit ist es erstmals möglich, die am MSA reflektierte Wellenfront in Phase und Intensität in Abhängigkeit von der Auslenkung einzelner Spiegelelemente zu modellieren und darzustellen.
