- Abstract:
- Die für diese Arbeit durchgeführte Studie vergleicht verschiedene Methoden den Ballon in einer Herzkatheteruntersuchung an die Inflationsspritze anzuschließen und zu entlüften. Die Entlüftung über einen Dreiwegehahn führt zu signifikant weniger häufig Luft im Ballon als der direkte Anschluss. Schließt man den Katheter direkt an die Inflationsspritze an, macht es keinen Unterschied, ob das Ballonlumen im Vorfeld mit Inflationslösung gespült wird oder nicht.
- Translated abstract:
- This study compares different methods of connecting PCI balloons and the inflation syringe while removing air from the balloon. The connection with a three-way valve achieved significantly less air in the inflated balloon as compared with direct connection. The direct connection showed no significant difference between purging and filling the lumen prior to making the connection or not.
