- Abstract:
- Zur Analyse des Gesamtüberlebens und des Rezidivmusters wurden retrospektiv klinische tumor-, patienten- und therapiespezifische Parameter auf deren prognostische Relevanz bei 680 Patienten mit einem PECA im Mundhöhlen- bzw. Oropharynxbereich, welche primär operativ therapiert wurden, ausgewertet. Insbesondere wurde auch die Inzidenz und das Outcome von Rezidiv- und Zweittumoren und zusätzliche diagnostische Kriterien wie die LNR analysiert.

- To evaluate survival and recurrence pattern of 680 patients with oral or oropharyngeal SCC after surgical treatment a retrospective analysis of clinical tumor, patient and treatment specific parameters was performed and testet for their prognostic relevance. Furthermore, the incidence and outcome of recurrence and secondary tumors were analysed and LNR was evaluated to test its relevance as an additional staging parameter.
