- Abstract:
- In der Studie wurde die diagnostische Performance zwischen 18F-rhPSMA-7.3 PET/CT und CT für das primäre N-Staging beim PC verglichen. Auch die Interrater-Reliabilität, die Kontrastierungsfähigkeit des Tracers und die Korrelation von NCCN-Risikogruppe und der Häufigkeit extraprostatischer Läsionen wurden untersucht. Es resultierte eine höhere Performance und Reliabilität in der PET gegenüber der CT. Der Tracer kontrastiert Tumor-zu-Hintergrund gut und die Korrelation konnte bestätigt werden.

- The study compared the diagnostic performance between 18F-rhPSMA-7.3 PET/CT and CT for primary N-staging in PC. The interrater reliability, the contrasting ability of the tracer and the correlation of NCCN risk group and the frequency of extraprostatic lesions were examined. It resulted in higher performance and reliability in PET compared to CT. The tracer contrasts tumor-to-background well and the correlation could be confirmed.
