- Abstract:
- Das Ziel dieser Dissertation war den Einfluss von körperlicher Aktivität vor und während der Schwangerschaft auf die Gesundheit der Mutter und des Neugeborenen bei Gestationsdiabetes zu erfassen. Anhand einer prospektiven Beobachtungsstudie konnten mit Hilfe eines objektiven Sporttestes und Fragebögen ein positiver Einfluss von körperlichen Aktivitäten auf das Geburtsoutcome von Mutter und Kind gezeigt werden. Sport könnte somit die Behandlung und Prävention optimieren.

- The aim of the study was to measure the effects of physical activity before and during pregnancy on the birthoutcome from patients with Gestational diabetes in pregnancy and their children. In this observational study physical activity was performed with a standardized 6-min-walking test und with questionnaires. It showed a positive influence on mother and child. Sport could be included as Treatment and prevention of GDM.
