- Diese Arbeit untersucht die Immunreaktion und Symptomatik bei Gräserpollenallergikern und Nichtallergikern in Abhängigkeit von der individuellen ort- und zeitabhängigen Exposition gegenüber Gräserpollen. Die Erkenntnisse hieraus identifizieren Einzelfaktoren, welche die Reaktion des Immunsystems und die Ausprägung der klinischen Symptomatik steuern. - Translated abstract:
- This thesis investigates the immune response and symptom score of probands with and without grass pollen allergy depending on a change in individual position- and time-related pollen exposition. Findings identify factors which regulate the immune reaction and the expression of clinical symptoms. Furthermore, this thesis contributes substantially to the understanding of differences in the behavior of allergic probands and non-allergic probands.
