- Kurzfassung:
- In this study, 16 patients with bladder cancer were analyzed during radioimmunotherapy and after cystectomy to investigate the significance of Hsp70 and the immune phenotype in various cancer entities. Circulating Hsp70, lymphocyte subpopulations, and NLR were measured and evaluated in terms of their mutual influence and the tumor microenvironment to facilitate new approaches for early tumor detection and the development of novel therapeutic strategies.

- In dieser Studie wurden 16 Patienten mit Blasenkrebs während Radioimmuntherapie und nach Zystektomie analysiert, um die Bedeutung von Hsp70 und des Immunphänotyps bei verschiedenen Krebsentitäten zu untersuchen. Es wurden zirkulierendes Hsp70, Lymphozytensubpopulationen und NLR gemessen und im Hinblick auf ihre gegenseitige Beeinflussung sowie die Tumormikroumgebung bewertet, um neue Ansätze für die frühzeitige Erkennung von Tumoren und die Entwicklung neuer Therapiestrategien zu ermöglichen.
