- Abstract:
- Diese Arbeit untersucht die Antwort des angeborenen Immunsystems nach einem Myokardinfarkt im zeitlichen Verlauf. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Prozesse nach einem Infarkt in inflammatorische und reparative Phasen unterteilt werden können und es dabei einen Unterschied in der Kinetik der Zellsubpopulationen gibt. Gezeigt werden konnte eine Differenz in der Rekrutierung von Monozyten und Granulozyten in das ischämische Myokard.

- This study investigates the response of the innate immune system following a myocardial infarction over time. The results indicate that the processes following an infarction can be divided into inflammatory and reparative phases, with differences in the kinetics of cell subpopulations. A distinction was observed in the recruitment of monocytes and granulocytes into the ischemic myocardium.
