309-317-specific T cells and the generation of reversible HLA-C7-StrepTamers, suitable for the ex vivo isolation of T cells and usage in adoptive T cell therapy. In addition, we analyzed the risk factors predisposing for CMV-infection and identified a correlation of cold ischemic time and primary CMV-infection after kidney transplantation.
