In the present study, we investigated the expression of CXCR4-CXCL12 axis related proteins in OPSCC primary tumors regarding HPV status. Subsequent experiments in vitro revealed a specific expression of CXCR4-CXCL12 axis in HPV positive HNSCC cell lines and the key roles of the CXCR4-CXCL12 axis in HNSCC cell proliferation, migration and chemotaxis. In der vorliegenden Studie untersuchten wir die Expression von CXCR4-CXCL12-Achsen-verwandten Proteinen in OPSCC-Primärtumoren hinsichtlich des HPV-Status. Nachfolgende Experimente in vitro zeigten eine spezifische Expression der CXCR4-CXCL12-Achse in HPV-positiven HNSCC-Zelllinien und die Schlüsselrollen der CXCR4-CXCL12-Achse in der HNSCC-Zellproliferation, -Migration und -Chemotaxis.
