The aim of this thesis was to determine if perioperative hemodynamics have an impact on perioperative infarct volume and patients’ prognosis in glioblastoma patients undergoing surgery. Intraoperative mean diastolic blood pressure, liquid balance and length of surgery are independently associated with perioperative infarct volume. Low mean intraoperative diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure are associated with impaired overall survival, length of surgery was shown as an independent factor for overall survival.
