For this dissertation is set a target to create a generic und universal concept for the integration of a module for Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) in ENDOTEL-teleconsultation service and whose showcase implementation. As the CAD-program an application for the semi-automatic esophagus tumor staging (OTEUS) is used. This application extracted different features from ultrasound esophageal pictures and applies the methods of artificial intelligence for T-staging. The dissertation sets up on an existing prototypical version of the module. At the same time a new, for the integration demands adopted, version of the module is being developed.
