In einer Pilotstudie wurden verschiedene Methoden (Handschriftentest nach Haase, klinische und apparative Rigormessung, Bestimmung kinematischer Variablen der Handschrift am Schreibtablett, Armfall-, Tremoranalyse und Tapping) zur Bestimmung der neuroleptischen Schwellendosis miteinander verglichen. Die neuroleptische Schwellendosis ist die optimale Dosierung von Neuroleptika bei schizophrenen Patienten. Ziel war es, zu überprüfen, ob sich eine einfachere Methode zur Schwellenbestimmung als der Handschriftentest nach Haase finden lässt. Einige wenige Parameter der Schreibtablett-Untersuchung sind möglicherweise geeignet, um die neuroleptische Schwelle zu bestimmen. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt bleibt der Handschriftentest nach Haase jedoch ohne Alternative.     «

Different methods (Haase handwriting-test, clinical and technical examination of rigor, determination of kinematic variables of handwriting on a writing tablet, tapping, arm-dropping- and tremor-analysis) to identify the neuroleptic threshold dose were compared. The neuroleptic threshold dose is the ideal dose of neuroleptic medication for schizophrenic patients. The objective was to examine whether an easier method than the Haase handwriting-test could be found to identify the neuroleptic threshold. Some few parameters of the kinematic handwriting-test are potentially suitable to determine the neuroleptic threshold. To date, the Haase handwriting-test remains without alternative.     «
