Untersucht wurde der Einfluss von Cannabinoiden (Anandamid, WIN 55,212-2, Methanandamid) und Opioiden (Endomorphin-1/-2) sowie deren Antagonisten (AM630, CTOP) auf die Ruheaktivität, pharmakologisch vorstimulierte glatte Muskulatur sowie elektrisch induzierte Kontraktionen und die elektrisch induzierte Relaxation unter nicht-adrenergen nicht-cholinergen Bedingungen an der glatten Muskelzelle im Magenfundus und Ileum von Ratten. Auf die Ruheaktivität und pharmakologisch stimulierte Muskulatur hatten die Substanzen keinen Einfluss. Die elektrisch induzierten Kontraktionen und Relaxationen konnten durch Endomorphin-1/-2, Anandamid und WIN 55,212-2 konzentrationsabhängig gehemmt werden. Dieser Effekt konnte durch die Antagonisten größtenteils wieder aufgehoben werden. Methanandamid hatte keinen signigikanten Einfluss.     «

We examined the effect of cannabinoids (Anandamide, WIN 55,212-2, Methanandamide) and opioids (endomorphine-1/2) and their antagonists (AM630, CTOP)on basal activity, pharmacological pre-stimulated smooth muscle, electrically stimulated contractions and relaxations under non-adrenergic and non-cholinergic circumstances on the smooth muscle in stomach and small intestine of rats. There was no influence on basal activity and pre-stimulated smooth muscle. Anandamide, WIN 55,212-2 and the endomorphines reduced the electrically induced contractions and relaxations. This effect was antagonised by AM 630 and CTOP. Methanandamide had no significant influence.     «
