This dataset includes speed test measurements from Cloudflare, and M-lab (bandwidth, idle latency, latency under load, traceroute) from Nov-2023 to Sept-2025 for 145 countries where Starlink is available. Additionaly includes all RIPE Atlas measurements (DNS,traceroute) executed from Starlink Probes. plus HTTP, DNS CHAOS, and Traceroute measurements data generated using measurement scripts running on controlled Starlink probes in Canada, Germany, Ghana and Zambia.
Beschreibung:
This is the primary dataset that has been used in the publication "Investigating Web Content Delivery Performance over Starlink" accepted at TheWebConf 2026. It includes all data that has been produced and analyzed as part of this work. The contents include passive measurement data for Starlink clients from Cloudflare Aggregated Internet Measurements dataset, originating from Cloudflare speed Tests, and also Measurement-Lab dataset (Nov 2025-Sept 2025).
