- Abstract:
- Zur Beurteilung von Veränderungen der FAZ in Patienten mit NMOSD und mit RRMS, wurden die Fläche, der Perimeter und der Acircularity Index der FAZ von NMOSD-Patienten und RRMS-Patienten mit/ohne jeweils einer ON-Vorgeschichte mit gesunden Probanden mittels OCT-A verglichen. Die FAZ-Fläche und -Perimeter von NMOSD-Patienten mit und ohne ON-Vorgeschichte und die FAZ-Fläche von RRMS-Patienten mit ON-Vorgeschichte zeigten sich im Vergleich zu der gesunden Kontrollgruppe signifikant vergrößert.

- To assess changes in the FAZ in patients with NMOSD and with RRMS, the area, perimeter and acircularity index of the FAZ in NMOSD patients and RRMS patients with/without a history of ON respectively were compared with healthy subjects using OCT-A. The FAZ-area and -perimeter of NMOSD patients with and without ON-history and the FAZ-area of RRMS patients with ON-history were shown to be significantly enlarged compared to the healthy control group.
