Distale Humerusfrakturen im Erwachsenenalter sind insgesamt selten, aber aufgrund der Anatomie häufiger als andere Frakturen mit Komplikationen und Bewegungseinschränkungen verbunden. Diese retrospektive Studie hat das Ziel, die subjektive Patientenzufriedenheit nach der Behandlung von distalen Humerusfrakturen in der Klinik für Unfallchirurgie am Klinikum rechts der Isar anhand des „Elbow Self-Assessment Score“ (ESAS) im Sinne eines „Patient Reported Outcome Measures“ (PROM) zu analysieren und somit zu einer Optimierung der Therapiequalität beizutragen.     «
