- Abstract:
- Die postoperative Anastomoseninsuffizienz ist eine häufige Komplikation nach abdominothorakalen Operationen bei Ösophaguskarzinom. Besonders eine schlechte Durchblutung ist ein Risikofaktor für Wundheilungsstörungen. CT-Bilder der Patienten wurden hinsichtlich der Ausdehnung von Gefäßkalzifikationen analysiert, um den Einfluss von Kalzifikationen in den versorgenden Arterien auf eine Anastomoseninsuffizienz zu zeigen. Zudem wurden der Tumortyp, Komplikationen,Therapien und Überleben erfasst.
- Translated abstract:
- Anastomotic leakage following esophagectomy with gastric pull-up in patients with esophageal cancer is a common complication. Mainly poor blood circulation is considered to have an impact on healing disorder. Multiple patients were identified who had esophagectomy because of esophageal cancer. Preoperative CT scans were evaluated regarding the calcifications in perfusing arteries. In addition the histopathologic type, complications, treatments and survival time were documented.
