- Der triple-negative Brustkrebs ist eine aggressive Krankheit, für die es bislang keine zielgerichtete Therapie gibt. Wir haben das miRNA-uPA-Rezeptor-System auf neue Krebsbiomarker untersucht, indem das miR-7-, miR-16- und miR-27a-Expressionsniveau in TNBC-Gewebe analysiert und mit klinikopathologischen Faktoren und uPA-/PAI-1-Niveau korreliert wurde. - Translated abstract:
- Triple-negative breast cancer is an aggressive disease for which there is no targeted therapy until now. We screened the miRNA-uPA receptor system for novel cancer biomarkers by analyzing miR-7, miR-16, and miR-27a expression levels in TNBC tissues and correlated them with clinicopathological factors and uPA/PAI-1 levels. It was found that miR-7, miR-27a and uPA were suitable prognostic markers to discriminate between high- and low-risk patients.
