Data for the paper “Storage of mechanical energy in DNA nanorobotics using molecular torsion springs”. The data is structured by figure. The hdf5 files can be opened with the “Picasso” software package (
https://github.com/jungmannlab/picasso). The localizations in the hdf5 files show the tip position of the picked DNA robotic arms in each video frame with the “group” column representing the particle number. Accepted particles used for the analysis are specified in accompanying txt files. Frame times of the camera acquisition are written in the metadata txt file.
