- Abstract:
- Zur Etablierung eines Behandlungsalgorithmus für Rekonstruktion komplexer Weichteildefekte des Vorfußes wurden 133 Vorfußrekonstruktionen zwischen 2008 und 2019 analysiert. Hauttransplantate konnten häufig der mechanischen Belastung nicht standhalten. Lokale Lappenplastiken verzeichneten eine niedrige Komplikationsrate und gute Funktionalität. Bei freien Muskellappen kam es seltener zu schweren Komplikationen als bei Fasziokutanlappen. Letztere erzielten eine bessere Funktionalität und Ästhetik.

- To establish a treatment algorithm for reconstructions of complex soft-tissue defects of the forefoot 133 forefoot reconstructions between 2008 and 2019 were analysed. Skin graft often could not withstand the mechanical tress. Local flaps showed a low complication rate and good functional outcome. Free muscle flaps showed less severe complications than fascoucutaneous flaps. Latter achieved a better functionality and aesthetics.
