From October 2013 to December 2015, 28 patients between the ages of 25 and 82 were included in the study. All patients had a fracture of the proximal tibia. According to the AO-ASIF classification, all type 41-B (16) fractures and all type 41-C (12) fractures were included, followed by a clinical and radiological follow-up examination 12 months postoperatively. In our study, we were able to identify an advantage in terms of outcome in favor of VA-LCP® for some clinical and radiological parameters.
