- Makrophagen und Monozyten spielen eine entscheidende Rolle bei allergischen Entzündungsprozessen im respiratorischen Trakt. In dieser Studie werden die inflammatorischen und regulativen Eigenschaften dieser Zellen analysiert. Zudem werden die Vorteile einer erfolgreichen allergenspezifischen Immuntherapie (AIT) bei Allergikern demonstriert. - Macrophages and monocytes play a critical role during allergic inflammatory processes in the respiratory tract. In this study, the inflammatory and regulatory characteristics of these cells are analyzed. The benefits of a successful allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT) for allergic patients are demonstrated.
