Differentiation and functional analysis of human T(H)17 cells. 
Abstract:
T(H)17 cells are of pathologic relevance in autoimmune disorders and presumably also in allergy and asthma. Regulatory T (Treg) cells, in contrast, suppress inflammatory and allergen-driven responses.
