- Kurzfassung:
- Die Kombination von Azacitidin und Crenolanib zeigt in vitro eine Reduktion der Vitalität von FLT3-ITD + AML Zellen. Eine vollständige Überwindung des Stromazellschutzes ist jedoch auch mit der Kombination beider Wirkstoffe nicht möglich. Dies gilt sowohl für das Zellmodel mit BaF3-Zellen als auch für die Untersuchungen in primären AML Proben. Weiterhin führt die Behandlung mit diesen Wirkstoffen zu einer Zunahme der Migration und hat Einfluss auf die Phasen des Zellzyklus.

- The combination of azacitidine and crenolanib shows a reduction in the viability of FLT3-ITD + AML cells in vitro. Nevertheless, the combination cannot completely overcome stromal protection of AML cells. This applies both to the cell model with BaF3 cells as well as to the investigations in primary AML samples. Furthermore, treatment with crenolanib and azacitidine leads to an increase in migration and has an impact on the phases of the cell cycle.
