In dieser Studie wurden Versorgungmethoden und Ergebnisqualität von 100 Hüftrevisionen untersucht und Möglichkeiten zur Reduktion von Rerevisionen aufgezeigt. Neben Patientendaten wurden postoperativ ein Fragebogen erhoben und Rerevisionen erfasst. Die 1-Jahres-Implantatstandzeit betrug 90,4%; insgesamt kam es zu vier septischen und zu sechs aseptischen Rerevisionen. In einer Einzelfallanalyse konnten verschiedene Verbesserungsvorschläge erarbeitet werden, welche einerseits die Implantatauswahl betreffen, andererseits ein Vorgehen beschreiben, periprothetische Infektionen zu vermindern.     «

In this thesis supply methods and the resulting quality of 100 hip revisions will be explored and possibilities to reduce the number of revisions shown. Patients´ data and a postoperative questionnaire and rerevisions will be investigated. The one-year implantat survival rate was 90.4%. There were four septic and six aseptic rerevisions. Based on our individual case analysis we can obtain different suggestions for improvement which on the one hand concern the choice of the implant on the other hand provide a guideline to reduce periprothetic infections.     «
