Fundamental material and process technological principles are developed which make the additive, selectively binding manufacturing method Selective Paste Intrusion applicable for the production of complex concrete components with high strength, durability and shape accuracy. For this purpose, analytical models were developed to calculate the penetration behaviour of the cement paste into the particle bed, which take into account both the rheology of the paste and the flow resistance of the particle bed. Finally, the resulting hardened concrete properties are presented.
