This thesis addresses automotive operations management in the context of product platforms and modularization. We propose a reference process for integrated business planning at automotive manufacturers and provide a structured review of academic optimization approaches for the resulting integration challenges. Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Operations Management in der Automobilindustrie im Kontext von Produktplattformen und Modularisierung. Zunächst wird ein Referenzprozess für die integrierte Planung bei Automobilherstellern definiert und eine strukturierte Analyse akademischer Optimierungsansätze für die sich daraus ergebenden Integrationsherausforderungen durchgeführt. Anschließend werden Entscheidungsprobleme untersucht, die sich aus zwei ausgewählten Herausforderungen ergeben, die gestaffelte Kapazitätsplanung und die dynamische Plattformplanung.     «
