This paper proposes the combination of an Over-sampling based Arbitrary Injection Scheme with a novel Over-sampling based EMF estimation approach for SPMSMs, whichboth are free of machine parameters. The Oversampling basedEMF estimator is furthermore unaffected by IGBT interlocktime.
