Description:
These are ParaVision 6.0.1 datasets for magnetic resonance images of three mice acquired in a 7T Bruker/Agilent preclinical scanner.
Method of data assessment:
Balanced steady-state free precession images were acquired using off-resonance alternating frequency excitation and refocusing pulses to selectively image [1-13C]pyruvate and [1-13C]lactate after hyperpolarized injection. Images alternate between lactate and pyruvate targeted volumes. Hyperpolarized images are acquired twice per mouse in one session. Anatomical 1H images have matching slice thickness and positions.
