The data set is based on 1100 commercial production fresh lithium-ion cells being part of two batches. The investigated cell is a commercial 3Ah LiFePO4-graphite cell (SONYUS26650FTC1). Each cell has been measured by a DC Check-Up (CU) routine and an AC Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). By evaluating the measurement data, 15 cell parameters have been determined for each cell: Different discharge capacities, different DC and AC impedances, the mass and the mean temperature during CU of the cell. These cell parameters have subsequently been statistically analysed based on all 1100 cells. The provided data set comprises of both, the determined cell parameters for all 1100 cells and the results of the statistic analysis for each determined cell parameter. The statistic analysis allows for a discussion of cell-to-cell variations of lithium-ion cells due to manufacturing tolerances.
