Abstract:
Wt1 und Foxd1 sind zwei Transkriptionsfaktoren, die in der Organogenese der Niere beziehungsweise der Leber eine entscheidende Rolle spielen. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, Wt1 und Foxd1 im Pankreas nachzuweisen und die Foxd1- und Wt1-positiven Zellen zu charakterisieren. Insbesondere wurde die Bedeutung dieser mesenchymalen Zellen während der fibrotischen Reaktion bei der Pankreatitis untersucht.
Translated abstract:
WT1 and Foxd1 are two transcription factors, which play a decicive role during the organogenesis of the kidney and the liver. The aim of this work is to detect WT1 and Foxd1 in the pancreas and to characterize Wt1- and Foxd1-positive cells. In particular, the significance of these mesenchymal cells during the fibrotic reaction in pancreatitis was investigated.
