- Abstract:
- Aufbauend auf der KORA-Studie wurden IgE- Serumwerte (spezifisch und Gesamt-IgE) sowie deren Assoziationen und Korrelationen unter besonderer Berücksichtigung von Hymenopterengiftsensibilisierungen untersucht. Aus den Analysen ließen sich epidemiologisch relevante Erkenntnisse in Bezug auf Serologie und korrespondierende klinische Ausprägungen gewinnen. Durch die Integration klinischer Parameter der Follow-Up-Studie wurden die Ergebnisse um eine Längsschnittkomponente erweitert.
- Translated abstract:
- Based on data of a survey (KORA) in this dissertation IgE (specific and total IgE) was extracted from blood serum samples to explore associations and correlations focusing on sensitization against venoms of hymenoptera. Relevant epidemiological knowledge concerning serology and corresponding clinical data was to excerpt from the analysis. Additionally data of the follow-up survey was analysed, therefore the dissertation is being enhanced by this longitudinal aspect.
