Climate mitigation measures in land use are evaluated in a multi-criteria analysis of the dimensions climate, nature and landscape, as well as agriculture. The available options for climate action, individual perspectives and activities of rural stakeholders are evaluated. Methodology used include literature review, analysis of historical land use data of Bavaria, case studies, scenario calculations, expert interviews and conducting a social network analysis (SNA). Conclusion: mitigation measures are particularly justified, if improvements can be realized not only for climate protection but also benefits nature, landscape and agriculture.
