- Abstract:
- In dieser retrospektiven Arbeit wurde an primär resezierten Magenkarzinomen mittels immunhistochemischer Färbungen auf Tissue Micro Arrays erstmalig die gemeinsame Expression des EGF-Rezeptors, von pEGFR Y1068, β-Catenin und MIB1 sowie der Nachweis CD3-positiver Lymphozyten auf ihre prognostische Wertigkeit hin untersucht. Die Auswertung erfolgte am Lichtmikroskop sowie mittels computerunterstützter Bildanalysen. Als prognostisch bedeutendste Faktoren zeigten sich der CD3- und MIB1-Nachweis.

- This retrospective study investigates the prognostic value of the EGF receptor, its phosphorylated form pEGFR Y1068, ß-catenin and MIB1 as well as the presence of CD3-positive lymphocytes in primarily resected stomach carcinoma by immunohistochemical staining of Tissue Micro Arrays. The analysis was performed using a light microscope and computer-based image analysis. As a result, the presence of CD3-positive lymphocytes and the expression of MIB1 had the strongest prognostic value.
