- Das Ziel der Studie war es, drei operative Rekonstruktionstechniken bei Ruptur des VKB in Bezug auf die funktionelle Stabilität miteinander zu vergleichen. Dafür wurden 67 Patienten anhand des passiven Winkelreproduktionstests, des KAT 2000 und des RHCL-Tests untersucht. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass das nach einer VKB-Ruptur bestehende Propriozeptionsdefizit postoperativ nicht vollständig wieder hergestellt werden kann und dass die Propriozeption bei allen drei OP-Techniken vergleichbar ist.

- The aim of this study was to compare three surgical techniques of reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) concerning their functional stability. Therefore, 67 patients were examined with the passive angle reproduction test, the KAT 2000 and the RHCL-test. The results show, that the proprioceptive deficit after rupture of the ACL cannot be fully restored and that the proprioception is comparable with all three surgical techniques.
